Cancellation policy
Avoid being charged for cancelled or no show reservations, please notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Consultation fees.
There is a R500 deposit payable for all aesthetic appointments and deposits will be redeemable against any treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable; however, deposits are fully refundable if 48 hours’ notice is given for any cancelations, or if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment.
